Attendence
- Punctuality and regularity of the students are of utmost importance. No student shall absent himself / herself from class
- When a student has to take leave, the leave application should be signed only by the parent / guardian and the same must be sent to the Class Teacher for approval.
- Irregular attendance and habitual absence might result in the student’s name being struck off the rolls
- Children suffering from infectious diseases must necessarily stay away from class but after intimating the school office
- All students are expected to be in the school at least ten minutes prior to the long bell.
- Chronic late comers will be seriously dealt with. Late Attendance Record is maintained in the diary, which is to be seen and initialed by the parent.
- Half day’s leave is not granted normally. In case of any emergency, request must be made personally by the parent.
- All students should be present during the national celebrations, school functions, examination / test, reopening day and last working day etc.
- The parents are requested to maintain the Absence Record in the diary.

Cleanliness / Neatness
- Students are expected to maintain absolutely clean environment in the School. They should not indulge in untidy scribbling either on the wall or desk or in any part / portion of the School. Any student causing damage to the School property will have to bear the expenses incurred for repairs.
- Students should not litter the premises when they take their lunch. Waste baskets will be provided and they should be made use of Washing, Cleaning etc. Should be done at the appropriate places.
- Every individual student is responsible to keep the School premises neat and clean and if one happens to see waste paper etc. anywhere inside the class room or playground, he / she should pick it up and put it in the waste basket.

- All note books and text books should be neatly covered with thick brown paper and the name, class, section etc. of the student should be legibly written on a label and pasted on it.
