CISCE SUBSIDY IN REGISTRATION FEES FOR ECONOMICALLY DESERVING CANDIDATES

Dear Parents,
Enclosed please find the following:
- . Eligibility criteria for availing the subsidy in Registration Charges (Class IX).
- Prescribed application form for availing the subsidy in Registration Charges.
- List of documents that need to be submitted along with the duly filled in application form.
The last date for receiving the duly filled in Application is July 31, 2020. Kindly note that the application not fulfilling the eligibility criteria and without the prescribed documents shall be liable for rejection and the decision of the Council will be final in this regard.
List of documents that need to be submitted with the duly filled in Application Form
- Salary certificate of the parent’s issued by the employer in case of salaried person.
- Self-declaration of income of the parent’s attested by the Principal of the School in case of unemployed/self-employed parent’s.
- Application made by the parents to the Principal for Subsidy/Concession in School fees for Classes VIII onwards along with the endorsement of the Principal.
- Copy of the School Fee Book/Fee Receipt of the concerned student
Eligibility criteria for availing the subsidy in Registration Charges (Class IX)
- Only students who are receiving Subsidy/Concession of fees from the respective schools are eligible for subsidy.
- The maximum limit for the total income of the parent’s of the students should not exceed Rs. 1,00,000/- per annum.
- The same percentage of concession as given by the school shall be considered by the Council.

All schools have been under lockdown since late March, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Teaching-learning transaction, at least the way we know it, has not been possible during this period. In order to ensure that students stay in touch with studies and continue to learn, programmes are being organised for two core subjects, namely English and Mathematics, for our Junior & Middle School children from Classes III to VIII.
Objectives:
To present selected elements of two core subjects, namely English and Mathematics, to Junior and Middle School children studying from Class III to Class VIII in CISCE affiliated schools.
